The more time that I spend with individuals who say they have ‘busy head syndrome’, the more I see how important it is to help people understand some of the  reasons and possible knock-on effects that can present as a result. 

Being observant and possessing the ability to analyse in detail are useful skills, but  when they affect how we handle our day or interact with others, then this is an important topic to address! 

Thankfully I can confidently share about a whole bunch of easy in-the-moment activities and strategies which have the ability to positively transform a person’s perception of themselves and very importantly help them feel much more comfortable in their own skin!

This book has been a long time coming…

I’ve felt the desire to get started for years, but have known that there has been much of a download still to arrive before I could begin to formulate a message that  inspires with realistic understanding of just how amazing our inner self abilities are! 

I often speak about multi-layered thinking but for a long while I’ve known about and have experienced how multi-layered I am beyond the process of conscious thought. 

It’s an understatement to share that I’m excited to promote some ideas and techniques which I hope will join up the dots and help us to feel much more  connected and able to “’perceive” , “understand “ and “know” beyond what we’ve necessarily “learnt”. As an artist I know that often times my abilities become apparent once I stop relying on anything I’ve learnt and rather learn to listen to my instinct. 

I’ve heard much advice about being more in touch with intuition and or ones “higher self” but regularly without the practical and realistic “ how to’s “.

In Search of Revelation is about giving you alongside support and some activity suggestions to help you benefit from your light bulb moments
