Distraction Grid

This unique and innovative Distraction Grid strategy helps to capture your distractions in order to cultivate improved personal management and efficiency. It is an ideal tool in a busy office or a classroom, as it can be used alongside (or underneath) any subject without causing disruption. The Distraction Grid helps users to get thoughts off their chest, whilst avoiding the unnecessary withdrawal of attention from the main activity.

Are all ‘distractions’ distractions? Could a persistent thought actually be the beginning of a genius invention, or perhaps a new business idea? Sometimes thoughts and ideas just won’t ‘go away’, and these are important to recognise and identify – even when the wisdom of the day is telling us otherwise. Many a world-changing invention began as a doodle on the back of a beer mat, as they say…!

By using the Distraction Grid to capture and examine these types of thoughts, one can slowly acknowledge these hidden, fleeting gems, and also develop the confidence to find ways to grow them further!

As with all of the Grid Modules; you can decide as you go along just how fast you want to go through the course, and you can choose how detailed you’d like the instructions to be.

Bearing in mind that you can revisit and add more layers of understanding and experience to the module over time, you don’t even need to ‘get it’ to begin with. For many, the understanding of how the Grid works reveals itself over time, particularly when Grids are revisited with fresh eyes and new life-experiences added in.
