Déjà Vu Series Grids

This Déjà Vu Grid strategy is primarily used to help change negative emotional or habitual cycles of behaviour into more positive responsive cycles of behaviour.

YouTube player

It’s a Grid strategy that can be used positively for many situations where the Grid user desires to effect a change in habitual behaviour. For example: identifying the point at which a person regularly mislays car keys, and subsequently using the Déjà Vu Grid to change that pattern and outcome.

By taking a detailed, step-by-step approach to understand default cognitive responses to a situation, and also the consequences of these actions upon the lives of others, we can make significant changes for good. Such changes can help to foster a more positive and enjoyable lifestyle, alongside promoting healthier and more harmonious relationships.

As with all of the Grid Modules; you can decide as you go along just how fast you want to go through the course, and you can choose how detailed you’d like the instructions to be.

Bearing in mind that you can revisit and add more layers of understanding and experience to the module over time, you don’t even need to ‘get it’ to begin with. For many, the understanding of how the Grid works reveals itself over time, particularly when Grids are revisited with fresh eyes and new life-experiences added in.
